Donation Requests
As lifelong residents deeply connected to this area, our commitment to our community runs profound. Supporting charitable organizations is our way of expressing gratitude to the community that has enriched our lives immensely. Throughout the years, we've backed numerous silent auctions, supplied beer for events, and generously donated our products and time to numerous other causes.
While we aspire to contribute to every commendable organization, we must acknowledge that we operate as a small business with limited resources. In order to maximize our impact within the community, our donation committee will carefully assess your request to ensure alignment with the guidelines outlined below. It's important to note that even if all criteria are met, fulfilling every request may not always be feasible.
Donation Guidelines:

All requests must be submitted online via the form below. Requests via snail mail, email, social media, phone or walk-in will not be accepted.

Requests must be made 30 days in advance of needing the actual donation(s). If the request is made within fewer than 30 days, it will not be considered.

501(c)(3) status preferred.

Charity must be located within the “tri-county” Walworth, Rock or Jefferson.

You will be notified via email whether we can provide a donation.

All donations must be picked up at the SSBC during the scheduled time..

You will have 2 weeks after confirmation of the accepted donation to pick it up or it will be forfeit.
While we are committed to assisting with all donation requests, the sheer volume received on a weekly basis can overwhelm our resources. We deeply appreciate your support for our company, and we are dedicated to doing our utmost to support your organization as well!
